Microsoft and Salesforce settle patent tiff (Reuters)

SEATTLE (Reuters) – Microsoft Corp said on weekday it reached a papers commendation with competition Salesforce.com Inc, sinking a past abash of lawsuits between the digit code companies.

In May, Microsoft sued Salesforce — which specializes in income code oversubscribed and utilised online — charging it with concealing its highbrowed property. Salesforce countersued in June, accusing Microsoft of infringing its patents.

The info of the commendation were not disclosed, but the companies module be healthy to ingest profession fortified by the other's patents. Microsoft said Salesforce is compensating it.
